Noodles Seafood and Sun-dried Tomatoes

Ingredients for Noodles Seafood and Sun-dried Tomatoes

2 bags shirataki noodles
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons oil from sundried tomatoes
6 garlic cloves minced
1 pound scallops
1/2 pound shrimp peeled
4 ounces clam juice
4 ounces white wine
1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup parsley
4 lemons
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes


1. Boil water and cook your shirataki noodles
2. In a pan heat olive oil
3. Add garlic and brown on a low flame
4. Add scallops and shrimp
5. Add clam juice, wine, salt, and pepper
6. Reduce to a low low flame and add cream
7. To the cooked noodles add tomatoes, parsley, and squeeze the lemon juice over it
8. Add the seafood to the noodles
9. Eat and enjoy… add grated cheese and more red pepper flakes if you like.
