Noodle Salad with Pork

Ingredients for Noodle Salad with Pork

2 bags shirataki noodles
1/2 pound pork chops cubed
1 red onion sliced
8 tomatoes quartered
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 cup olives cut


1. Boil water and cook your noodles
2. In a frying pan season pork with salt and pepper and cook
3. In a big bowl combine the onions, tomatoes, pork, noodles, olive oil, red pepper and olives and mix
4. Serve cold and enjoy as a great side dish.
