Chicken and Shrimp in a Zesty Lemon Sauce

Ingredients for Chicken and Shrimp in a Zesty Lemon Sauce

1/2 pound peeled shrimp no tail
1/2 pound chicken breast cubed
2-4 bags shirataki noodles
6 lemons
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 jalapenos sliced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
black pepper
red pepper
1/4 cup white wine
1 table spoon butter


1. Boil water and cook your shirataki noodles
2. In a pan melt butter and add garlic, peppers, and chicken
3. Cook for about 5 minutes
4. After 5 minutes squeeze lemons and add 2 halves to the pot
5. Add white wine, lemon juice and shrimp and cook for about 5-10 minutes cooking the wine off
6. Add this mixture to the noodles and enjoy!
