Shirataki Noodle Benefits
You can literally just replace whatever type of pasta you made with shirataki, and it becomes significantly healthier. Not only are you eating a low calorie pasta, (ALMOST ALL BRANDS HAVE ZERO CALORIES) by switching to shirataki noodles, the supplements in it aid in weight loss as well as control your blood sugar. Shiratake noodles are also GLUTEN FREE. The noodles are quite tasty, and with the right sauces and recipes you will not even realize much of a difference in taste.
Shirataki Noodle Recipes
Are you not a good cook? Well these shirataki noodles are so incredibly easy to cook, anybody can do it. Shirataki noodles certainly do not require the chef to have graduated a cooking school, in order to make them taste delicious. All you will have to do is rinse them off in water for a couple of minutes, and then either boil them in water for 2-3 minutes or microwave them for about 1 minute. You can watch a video of me cooking them in under 6 minutes on our site! We will also post amazing recipes that we have tried, and loved on the site too.
Types of Shirataki Noodles
You will have plenty of options when trying these shirataki noodles too. The shirataki noodles come in several varieties, and are even made in similar shapes to the types of pasta you are used to already. Shirataki Noodles are made from either Tofu, or Konjac(a type of Japanese Vegetable)!
We have tried these Shirataki Noodles we have lost a ton of weight. There is no reason you can’t do this too. We’re Italians and we switched from spaghetti and meatballs to shirataki spaghetti and meatballs!
